To the average Hoennian, that would be good news, knowing that there isn't a titan marching on Mauville to destroy it just like it had Petalburg. To Eris, it spells trouble that is simply being swept under the rug.[break][break]

One way or another, the past has proven time and time again that the lost will one day be found. The only problem is how, and who will wind up getting their hands on the prize. Having seen just what the two other titans have made of cities, she thinks it prudent to actually make efforts to search for Registeel.[break][break]

Where better to start than its last known location? The sand dunes have no doubt shifted with time and endless winds, but the desert will have to try much harder if it wishes to bury the giant tracks left behind. Minerals, metals, dark crystal shards. She has seen fragments like this before, a parasitic growth on Chu-e Choi's skin. A reminder of the unwanted sibling that he'd once harboured.[break][break]

The Regis, Eternatus and Necrozma. All tied together in a complex knot. She doesn't fully understand their relation, but she must push onwards regardless of what the fates have written. Carefully descending cresting dunes and ancient slabs, deeper into the bowels of a forgotten civilisation.[break][break]

Camera out and taking pictures by the gentle glow of her illumina Skarmory, she doesn't dare to miss a single thing. Carvings of worship, golem-like statues created under the guidance of a three fingered hand. Transformations into gargantuan figures constructed by human hands. Her mind flutters back to the simulation, the time she'd spent watching Hoennians create a Regi out of rocks and a wishing star. And she wonders if that is exactly what had taken place here all these years ago.

It hadn't been easy coming back to the desert. Yet, there'd been much on Roze's mind, Petalburg was a simple yet grim reminder of what would happen if these transient relics return, the sheer destruction they're capable of in the brief moment they seem to show up for, she was beginning to learn of what had happened at Dewford, and Roze was present for both the Regis that had appeared here in this desert and Petalburg.[break][break]

Each time she'd had to deal with one, the frozen titan of her captor, the steel behemoth that had glassed the desert, the glimpse of the stone monument, Roze had... froze almost every time. Yet, here she was, of her own volition searching the desert, taking some time to help clear up some of the desolation brought upon it where she could, but ultimately,[break][break]

Roze wanted to face her fears.[break][break]

She... didn't want to see this artificial monster in the hands of someone who'd use it without a care for the destruction it wrought upon the world simply by being present. She knew it was a slim chance she'd find the monster again, but, if she did, she hoped she could bury it deeper, away from the clutches of wrongdoers and the misguided.[break][break]

It was all she could do with her current strength.[break][break]

Roze was still an outsider, she hadn't witnessed the things those who've lived here longer than her have seen, as she'd approached the entrance, she hadn't understood the significance of the strange crystal structures nor the messages from the past written upon the walls, followed by her Dragonair, the gem upon the serpent's neck glowing as Roze's own source of light as she fumbled her way through the site. Similar to another explorer in the area, Roze had taken photos of whatever seemed important and interesting, even if she couldn't piece things together now, surely somebody could.[break][break]

Regardless, Roze had began her descent into the den of the beast.
